Last season, Jan Kliment was under contract at FC Vysocina Jihlava in the Czech first division. There the 1,85 meter tall striker made 31 appearances, scoring three goals. At the current U21 European Championships, the 21-year-old made three appearances for his country, scoring a hat-trick in the second group game against Serbia. Jan Kliment has scored a total of four goals for his country.
