A VfB crest to symbolise a unique partnership

Mercedes-Benz and Porsche have been involved in a unique global brand alliance for VfB Stuttgart since 2023. This is now also expressed in a truly special VfB crest. The crest was not only produced in a very special way and visually enriches the MHP Arena, but also promotes social projects in the region in cooperation with the VfB ‘Brustring der Herzen’ Foundation.

The new, uniquely designed VfB crest, which adorns the foyer of the Mercedes-Benz Business Center inside the MHP Arena, measures over nine square metres and weighs an impressive 400 kilograms. It was painted and polished in part in the Mercedes-Benz and Porsche training workshops as a joint project. The crest is unique and symbolises the commitment of the two global brands to VfB Stuttgart through the materials used. The global brand alliance represents a turning point for the further development of VfB Stuttgart and has had a lasting effect on many levels since its launch in 2023. The VfB crest that has now been created is also a symbol of the joint social commitment of the global brand alliance, following the guiding principle of ‘from the region, for the region’.

Become part of the crest and do something good

1,893 ‘wish capsules’ form the crest inscription with the three famous letters. These wish capsules allow fans to become part of the crest themselves. From now on, anyone can purchase a wish capsule, including the associated extras, on the landing page at a price of €49.99 for three years and do something good in the process. The price paid will either go directly to the VfB foundation’s projects or to a project in the region suggested by yourself. The conditions for this are that a project fulfils the statutory purpose of the VfB foundation and requires funding for at least two years. A maximum of five such projects will then be selected and supported.
