VfB foursome called up for Germany

Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann has named his squad for the last remaining international matches of the calendar year. Deniz Undav is unfortunately having to miss out due to injury. Other VfB players have been called up by their respective countries.

The Bundesliga pauses for the final international window of the year on Monday 11 November, when Germany boss Julian Nagelsmann will gather his players in Frankfurt ahead of the UEFA Nations League fixtures against Bosnia & Herzegovina and Hungary. Nagelsmann has named four VfB players in his squad – Alexander Nübel, Maximilian Mittelstädt, Angelo Stiller and Chris Führich. Deniz Undav is unfortunately having to miss out due to injury.

Fabian Rieder has also been called up by Switzerland, who are also in Nations League action later this month.
