Ready to roll in the Bundesliga

VfB’s preparations for the 2017/2018 Bundesliga season are well under way – with the players back on the ball and working intensively since Monday. There are also activities afoot away from the pitch. Between the two sessions on Thursday, the Cannstatt Boys crossed Mercedesstraße to the Mercedes-Benz Museum, where the official presentation of the new team bus was undertaken. "In the brand new Travego L, our long-term partner will also be experiencing the very highest level of travelling comfort whilst on the road in the Bundesliga," explained Rüdiger Kappel, Sales Director of Mercedes-Benz Omnibusse Deutschland, adding: "This specially designed vehicle for VfB Stuttgart scores additional points with an abundance of extras."

Thanks to an integrated satellite system, the VfB team can follow the action with the competition live on television or watch video presentations. In addition, a built in LTE W-LAN Router provides high-speed internet access. There is also a kitchen integrated into the bus, to ensure the VfB crew are well catered for on long away trips. And of course, the new team bus is optically a vision in the club colours.
