Gonzalez sustains knee injury

Nicolas Gonzalez is expected to be out for two to three weeks after suffering an injury to his left knee during the match at TSG Hoffenheim.

Nicolas Gonzalez sustained a knee injury during Saturday’s 3-3 draw at Hoffenheim. An MRI scan on Sunday morning has revealed that the striker suffered a slight tear to the medial collateral ligament in his left knee, which is set to rule him out for two to three weeks.
