Wahid Faghir has made 29 Danish Superliga appearances since being handed his debut in 2019/20, scoring seven goals and setting up a further two. He registered 11 goals and four assists in 47 appearances overall for Vejle Boldklub.
Faghir has also played in 25 international matches since U16 level, scoring 13 goals in that time. Currently part of Denmark’s U21 side, the 18-year-old was involved in the UEFA European U21 Championship earlier this year. He made three appearances at the tournament and got on the scoresheet against Germany in the quarter-final.
