Mohamed Sankoh has completed a transfer to Dutch top-flight club Vitesse Arnhem on loan for the 2022/23 season. The 18-year-old joined the VfB youth academy in summer 2020 and after spells with the U19 and U23 teams, he made the step up to the first-team squad.Sankoh sustained an injury on his Bundesliga debut on Matchday 1 last season and did not feature again for the rest of the campaign as a result. ‘Mo’ returned to team training before the summer break and has been fully involved in pre-season preparations for 2022/23. His contract at VfB is valid until 30 June 2026.
