Six Saturdays, two Fridays

The German Football League announced the exact schedule for Matchdays 1 to 8 on Wednesday. VfB begin the 2023/24 Bundesliga campaign at home to VfL Bochum on Saturday 19 August at 15:30 CEST.

The first eight matchdays of the 2023/24 season are set. After the opener at home against Bochum on Saturday 19 August (15:30 CEST), the boys from Cannstatt kick off Matchday 2 away to RB Leipzig on Friday 25 August (20:30 CEST). VfB then welcome SC Freiburg to the MHPArena on Saturday 2 September at 15:30 CEST before the first international break.
